The Customer Service Manager provides leadership to the Customer Service team; builds the team and processes that ensure responsive service and clear communication within the team and with external and internal customers. The Customer Service Team provides accurate order entry, prompt order acknowledgments, coordination of specification reviews, monitoring inventory programs, logging customer complaints, maintaining customer records and monitoring customer satisfaction. Support sales with advanced marketing support.
