Setting the Standard on Deliveries

When you visit our website the first thing you’ll see is our current on-time delivery rate. More than a number, our delivery rate is a promise to our customers – a promise to treat your business like our business. We know that we’re accountable to this number to meet your business needs. Each week we see on-time delivery rates exceeding 99%, and we let you see these rates as well by posting them on our homepage.

Our delivery rates are no coincidence. They come from careful planning to develop the most dependable systems. We utilize the 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) systems of the Lean Enterprise. These systems enable just-in-time delivery through increased efficiency and standardized work.

In our implementation of 5S / TPM, we worked with our suppliers to lessen lead time on product delivery, allowing us to quickly turn product around for our customers. We reviewed and adjusted our internal inventory levels to allow for flexibility to react to our customers needs. We also maintain robust preventative maintenance programs on our machines to eliminate downtime and improve overall efficiencies.

Through these models, we’ve also improved our processes to shorten the setup time on die cuts in half, and we pass these time savings on to our customers with quicker product delivery.

We have over 30 semi-trailers that deliver to our customers daily. We understand that we’re delivering more than a box. It’s your delivery to your customers on time. It’s your dependability, and we are committed to delivering on time.
