Coastal Container Announces Scholarship Recipients

Holland, MI — West Michigan-based Coastal Container announced its first ever scholarship recipients at the Community Foundation Holland/Zeeland Area annual Scholarship Donor/Recipient Meet and Greet on June 8, 2023.

The scholarships were awarded to Emily Mancina, a Zeeland East high school graduate and sophomore Packaging School student at MSU, and Madelyn Rynsburger, a Zeeland West graduate who is heading to GVSU this fall to study Mechanical Engineering.

The scholarships were developed in collaboration with the Community Foundation of Holland/Zeeland to encourage and recognize interest in supply chain and manufacturing industries. Coastal’s Director of Human Resources, Wendi Rudholm, attended the reception and expressed, “It was a fantastic evening and our recipients along with their families displayed immense gratitude for their scholarships and what Coastal is doing for the local community. Coastal strives to support our educational partners through our new Scholarship Program, encouraging the career goals of area high school, college and university, and technical school students.”
