Introducing the 2022 Sustainability Report

As inhabitants of our community, nation and planet, we understand our responsibility to protect the places we do business and the people who live there. 2022 marks our second year of tracking standardized sustainability metrics, and we’re excited to share those numbers with you as well as a few stories from the past year.

We take a triple bottom line (TBL) approach to sustainability, which means that our sustainability efforts apply not only to our planet but also to our people and the prosperity of the community where we live and work. In this report, you’ll find a few stories about what that looks like for locally owned, locally operated container business.

Our upcoming expansion includes a new railway spur line that allows us to receive our raw material in the form of massive paper rolls instead of corrugated sheets. A single delivery of seven rail cars will replace approximately 48 truck loads of sheets, which produces big savings on fuel and carbon emissions.
