The Coastal environment encourages employees to produce meaningful work in partnership with their coworkers. We also push our people to continuously grow–both personally and professionally.

Employee Growth Story – Miranda Steffes

We first hired Miranda to operate a panel line, but in just over a year, we recognized her skills and dedication to our company values and gave her the opportunity to grow with our company as a team coordinator. She currently manages the onboarding and scheduling for a team of twenty.

“My new position lets me continuously grow. Getting ready for the coming expansion, I’ve had to organize a wave of new clients, big projects and tight deadlines. It’s not always easy, but we’ve overcome the challenges as a team and grown together through the experience! The environment at Coastal really makes it possible for our team to work together to get things done.”
